Abstract

This project presents a Python-based music player designed specifically for visually impaired users. It leverages the Spotify REST API to fetch music data such as songs, playlists, and artist information. The application emphasizes accessibility by integrating speech recognition for voice-based commands and screen reader-friendly outputs to ensure ease of use without a visual interface. By combining modern APIs with inclusive design principles, the music player serves as a functional and empowering tool for blind users to enjoy music independently.
